The details in this form are used for the Spanish traveller register (Royal Decree 933/2021) and to manage your booking. Spanish law requires this. It is not permission to use the details for anything else.
No photo or scan of a passport or identity document is collected or stored.
Your registration is saved in a database in the European Union (Frankfurt). The host can read it after signing in. It is not sent automatically to the Spanish authorities. The host enters the same details in the official register. The record is kept for three years after checkout, then deleted.
You can ask for access or correction at the address above. Details the law requires cannot be erased during those three years. A complaint can be made to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (aepd.es).
